正確にいうとこれは道着ルールとしてではなく、道着製造者・道着ブランド向けの新マニュアルという位置付けで発表されているようです。

あくまでも簡易的にGoogle翻訳に掛けたものを少し修正しただけですので、実際の意味合いと違っていたり、誤字・脱字も多々あるかと思います。

IBJJF メーカー統一マニュアル　/　2024年の世界選手権後に施行予定

導入
このマニュアルに記載されている情報は、国際ブラジリアン柔術連盟 – IBJJF が開催する選手権で使用される技術要件に従って、製品の詳細について着物メーカー (および関連記事) をガイドすることを目的としています。

セクション A – 着物: 子供用、大人用、マスター用
1.生地

1.1 着物ジャケット
着物のジャケットは、柔術の練習中に生地構造の質感が必要なグリップを提供できるように、エンボス加工された編組生地で作られていなければなりません。
指定の色以外の着物は不可となります。

1.1.1. 構成
着物の上着はセルロース繊維（綿、麻、竹、ユーカリなど）100％、またはセルロース繊維90％以上と合成繊維（ナイロン、ポリエステルなど）10％以下の混合物でなければなりません。

1.2. 着物パンツ
着物パンツは一枚布で仕立てたものに限ります。
股間部分はエンボス加工を施した編み込み生地が認められる。

1.2.1. 構成
着物パンツは、セルロース繊維（綿、麻、竹、ユーカリなど）100％、またはセルロース繊維55％以上と合成繊維（ナイロン、ポリエステルなど）45％以下の混合物でできていなければなりません。
許可された指定の色以外の着物は不可となります。

1.1.2. GSM
着物ジャケットの生地の GSM は 380 g/m2 ～ 650 g/m2 でなければなりません。

1.1.3. 構造/横糸
エンボス加工された編組構造の生地を使用することが必須です。
帆布やツイル組織の生地は着物ジャケットには使用できません。

1.2.2. GSM
着物パンツの GSM 生地は 220 g/m2 ～ 300 g/m2 でなければなりません。

1.2.3. 構造/横糸
ツイルまたはリップストップ構造の生地の使用が必須です。

2. 措置

2.1. 着物ジャケット
ジャケットはアスリートの太ももまでの長さで、腕を地面と平行にまっすぐ伸ばしたときに袖が手首から 2 cm (0.8 インチ) を超えないようにする必要があります。
（＊意訳：上衣は臀部を覆う長さがなければならない。袖の長さは、手首の関節から2cm以上短くてはいけない。）
チェックエリアで着物をチェックする担当チームは、以下の方法で着物がIBJJFが要求する基準内にあることを確認します。
■着物のエリの厚さ：1cm〜1.3cmまで。
■着物のエリ幅：4.5〜5cm。
☐ 着物の袖の全長にわたる(腕との)スペース: 少なくとも 7 cm以上の空間がなければいけない。

2.2. 着物パンツ
Gl パンツの長さはくるぶしから 2 cm (0.8 インチ) 未満である必要があります。
着物パンツのゆるみ幅（スペース）は7cm以上必要です。 （膝から下を測ります。）

3. 補強と裏地
3.1. 着物ジャケット
着物(上衣)の肩部分（画像2・A）、脇部分（画像2・B）、裾のカット部分（画像2・C）は、二重補強が可能です。
前腕部分の二重補強は許可されません (画像 2、D)。
袖部分の仕上げ（レベルステッチ、画像2、E）と着物の裾（画像2、F）の補強は幅最大2.5cmまでが許可されます。
着物の首と肩の内側にプリントまたは裏地を使用する場合のみ許可されます（画像3、A）。
(着物の首と肩の内側にプリントまたは裏地を使用できるのは、浮き出しでない裏地のみです（画像3,A)

3.2. 着物パンツ
パンツの裾から10cm上までの膝部分に、パンツのフック（股部分）を超えない範囲で二重裏地補強を使用することが認められます。
（＊意訳： パンツの裾から10cm以上離れた上部から膝＆腿周囲部分に、パンツのフック（股部分）を超えない範囲で二重裏地補強を使用することが認められます。 ）

パンツ裾の仕上げの補強（画像4、B）は最大幅2.5cmまでとなります。 パンツのウエストバンドの補強（画像4、C）は最大幅5cmまでです。

IBJJF の提案（IBJJFからのお勧め）: アスリートが脚の長さを短くする必要がある場合、ライニングの高さは膝補強エリアの許容制限 (バーから 10 cm) を超える可能性があります。
この問題を軽減するために、一部のブランドがすでに行っているように、同じウエストサイズ内で長さのオプションを備えたパンツをメーカーに提供することを提案します。 例: A1S ; A1 M　/A1 Tall　など。
（＊意訳：ズボンを裾上げする場合、膝周囲補強許容制限（補強部位は、裾から10cm以上離れたいなければならない）に抵触する恐れがあります。
そこで道着製作者は、一部のブランドが既に行っているように、同じウェストサイズだが、裾の長さが違うレパートリーを持つ数種類のパンツを作成しておくことをお勧めいたします。）

4.仕上げ
4.1. 着物ジャケット
襟の内側にEVAまたは同様の素材を使用した着物の使用は、ルールブックに規定されているサイズと剛性の規定が守られている限り許可されます。
内側または外側にかかわらず、道着の襟の周りにストライプの紐を使用することは許可されません (画像 5、E)。
4.2. 着物パンツ
パンツの生地には硬い素材があってはなりません。

5. ラベル表示
IBJJF は、製造業者が生地の組成と GSM を記載したラベルを使用することを提案しています。
5.1.1. 着物ジャケットの組成（素材OR成分）ラベル
着物ジャケットの組成表示は、着物の内側の首部分（画像6、A）または着物の側面（画像6、B）になければならない。

5.1.2. 着物パンツの成分表示
着物パンツの組成表示はパンツのウエストバンドの内側に記載されていなければなりません。

5.2.1. 着物ジャケットの外側ラベル
エリ下部のブランドラベルは最長8cmの長さまで貼付可能となります。 (画像7、C)。
エリの内側、外側、または隣に他のラベルを付けることはできません (画像 7、D)。

5.2.2. 着物パンツの外側ラベル
着物メーカーのラベルは、パンツの片方のどちらかの脚の前部 (画像 8、A) と、ウエストバンドの下のパンツの前部 (画像 8、B) に付けることができます。
脚タグ (画像 8、A) は、最大面積 36 ㎠以内で、サテンなどの上質な生地で作られている必要があり、刺繍はできません。

6. ワッペン、刺繍、プリント、その他の仕上げ
パッチや刺繍は、認可された場所でのみ使用できます。 パッチは正しく縫い付けられていなければなりません。
刺繍はパッチの位置と同じ仕様に従う必要があります。
着物のエリの内側・外側への刺繍・プリントは不可となります。
パッチはズボンの端から 15 cm 以上離れていなければなりません。

7.ベルト
ベルトの幅は 3.5 ～ 4.5 cm でなければならず、色はアスリートが属するランクに対応し、先端に黒タグ (画像 10、B)が必要です。
黒帯のみは、先端には白タグは赤タグが必要になります (画像 10、B)。
ベルトの結び目からベルトの両端の長さは 20cm～30cm でなければなりません。
ストライプ上へのいかなる種類の刺繍・プリントも許可されません。
刺繍は結び目の後のみ許可され、それ以外の場所には許可されません。
（＊意訳：帯への刺繍は、結んだ後に、先端から結び目の間のみに許可され、他の部位は許可されない。）
メーカーラベルの刺繍やブランドタグの使用はベルト先端部分のみ許可される。（画像10、A）。

IBJJF Uniform Manual for Manufactures
(The new rules go into effect following the 2024 Gi World Championships.)

Section A – Kimonos: Juvenile, Adult and Master

1. Fabric

1.1 Kimono Jacket

The kimono jacket must be made with embossed braided fabric, so that the texture of the fabric construction provides the necessary grip during the practice of Jiu-Jitsu.

Solid details in colors other than the color of the kimono will not be allowed.

1.1.1. Composition

The kimono jacket must be made with 100% cellulose fiber (cotton, hemp, bamboo, eucalyptus, etc.) or a mixture of no less than 90% cellulose fiber and no more than 10% synthetic fiber (nylon, polyester, etc.).

1.2. Kimono Pants

Kimono pants must be made of a single fabric. crotch area can be made with

embossed braided fabric.

1.2.1. Composition

Kimono pants must be made of 100% cellulose fiber (cotton, hemp, bamboo, eucalyptus, etc.) or a mixture of no less than 55% cellulose fiber and no more than 45% synthetic fiber (nylon, polyester, etc.).

Solid details in colors other than the color of the kimono will not be

allowed.

1.1.2. GSM

The GSM of the fabric for the kimono jacket must be between 380 g/m2 and 650 g/m2.

1.1.3. Construction / Weft

It is mandatory to use fabrics with embossed braided constructions.

Fabrics with canvas or twill construction will not be accepted for the kimono jacket.

1.2.2. GSM

The GSM fabric for the kimono pants must be between 220 g/m2 and 300 g/m2.

1.2.3. Construction / Weft

The use of fabrics with twill or rip-stop constructions are mandatory.

2. Measures

2.1. Kimono Jacket

The jacket must go to the athlete’s thighs and the sleeves should come to no more than 2 cm(0.8in) from the athlete’s wrist when the arm is extended straight parallel to the ground.
The team responsible for checking the kimono in the checking area will observe that it is within the standards required by the IBJJF, in the following measures:
■ kimono collar thickness: from 1 cm to 1.3 cm;
■ kimono collar width: 4.5 to 5 cm;
☐ space of the kimono sleeve over its entire length: at least 7 cm.

2.2. Kimono Pants

Gl pants should reach no more than 2 cm(0.8in)
above the tibial malleolus (ankle bone).
The looseness of the kimono pants must be at least 7 cm wide. Measure from knee down.

3. Reinforcement and Lining

3.1. Kimono Jacket

Double reinforcement will be allowed in the fabrication of the kimono on the shoulders (Image 2, A), underarms (Image 2, B) and on the cut of the skirt (Image 2, C) of the kimono.
Double forearm reinforcement will not be allowed (Image 2, D).
The reinforcement of the finishing of the sleeves (revel stitch, Image 2, E) and the Kimono skirt (Image 2, F) must have a maximum of 2.5 cm.
It is only allowed to print or use linings that are not embossed on the inside of the kimono’s neck and shoulders (Image 3, A).

3.2. Kimono Pants

Using double lining reinforcement in the knee area from 10cm above the pant cuff and that does not exceed the hook (crotch area) of the pants will be permitted.
The reinforcement of the finish of the bottom hem of the pants (Image 4, B) must have a maximum of 2.5 cm. The reinforcement of the waistband of the pants (Image 4, C) must have a maximum of 5 cm.
IBJJF suggestion: If the athlete needs to decrease the length of the leg, the height of the lining may exceed the permitted limit for the knee reinforcement area (10 cm from the bar).
To reduce this problem, we suggest that manufacturers offer pants with length options within the same waist size, as some brands already do. Example: A1 Short; A1 Medium; A1 Tall.

4. Finishing

4.1. Kimono Jacket

The use of kimono with EVA or similar material inside the collar will be allowed, as long as the size and rigidity regulations provided for in the Rules Book are respected.
It will not be allowed to use a stripe lacing around the collar of the gi, inside or out (Image 5, E).

4.2. Kimono Pants

The fabric of the pants must not have any rigid material.

5. Labeling
IBJJF suggests that manufacturers use a label with the composition and GSM of the fabric.
5.1.1. Composition label on Kimono jacket
The composition label on the kimono jacket must be located on the inside of the kimono at the height of the neck (Image 6, A) or on the side of the kimono (Image 6, B).

5.1.2. Composition label on Kimono pants
The composition label of the kimono pants must be located on the inside of the waistband of the pants.

5.2.1. External label on Kimono jacket
The use of the brand label located at the bottom of the lapel with a maximum length of 8cm will be allowed. (Image 7,C).
No other label will be allowed on the inside, outside or next to the lapel (Image 7, D).

5.2.2. External label on Kimono pants
A kimono manufacturer label will be allowed on the front of one of the pant legs (Image 8, A) and also below the waistband, on the front of the pants (Image 8, B).
The leg tag (Image 8, A) must be made of fine fabric, such as satin, with a maximum area of 36 cm2 and cannot be embroidered.

6. Patches, Embroidery, Prints and other Finishes
Patches or embroidery may only be present at authorized locations. The patches must be properly sewn.
Embroidery must follow the same specifications as the patch locations.
No embroidery or printing on the inside or outside of the kimono collar will be allowed.
The patch must be 15 cm distance from the edge of the pants.

7. Belt
The belt must be 3,5 to 4,5 cm wide, the color of which corresponds to the rank that the athlete belongs to with the black tip (Image 10, B). Except black belts, which will have the white or red tip (Image 10, B). Each end of the belt must be between 20cm and 30cm in length after the belt knot.
Any type of printing on the strip body will not be allowed. Embroidering will be allowed after the knot and nowhere else.
The use of embroidery or brand tag of the manufacturer’s label will only be allowed at the tip of the belt (Image 10, A).
