All skills, techniques and movements of Jiu-Jitsu necessary to progress from White belt to Blue belt will be coached in detail in the basic and fundamental Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. Those who are Blue belts, may review all basic training and achieve a more detailed, sharp and complete skill.
If you are a Blue or Purple belt holder and are struggling to see improvements, feeling stuck in one level, we recommend you try this course.
